macOS. INDOOR DIFFERENCE: Indoor clipboard-only; Outdoor auto-pastes via Accessibility. FeatureAutoPaste owns completion policy, manual-paste preview, destination-capture delay, and copy/paste/prompt/wait/capture orchestration. The app shell only supplies platform side-effect adapters for clipboard writes, CGEvent paste simulation, notifications, HUD, and destination capture.
