These terms describe how Local AI Cat may be used and what to expect from the app's on-device AI features, direct-download purchases, and business rollout paths.
Usage
Local AI Cat is provided for personal and business use under the plan you purchase. You may not redistribute the app or reverse engineer protected components except where applicable law permits it.
AI output
AI systems can make mistakes. Do not rely on generated content for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions without independent review.
Plans and entitlements
Paid plans may grant one or more entitlements such as Pro access or Developer Mode. Team and Enterprise access may also depend on seat assignment, billing status, deployment scope, or support terms.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Indoor Cat purchases are handled by Apple and follow Apple's billing, cancellation, and refund flows. Outdoor Cat direct web purchases are handled through Polar. Direct subscriptions renew until cancelled, and cancelling stops future billing while access continues through the paid period.
For direct one-time purchases such as Developer Mode, refunds are generally not offered after activation or use except where required by law, or where the product is faulty or materially not as described. For help with a direct order, contact support@localaicat.com.
App Store versus direct download
The App Store and direct-download versions may differ in billing flows, install paths, and available macOS capability sets. Outdoor Cat and business builds may expose desktop features or deployment paths that are not available in the sandboxed Indoor Cat build.
Service posture
Local AI Cat is provided on an as-available basis. We aim for a reliable product, but updates, models, third-party services, and billing integrations can change over time. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
