What it does

FeatureContentSafety owns filter prompt composition, category verdicts, full-text checks, streaming scanner state, effective enablement policy, and hosted chat enforcement calls. The app shell only supplies persisted setting, subscription, and age-verification inputs plus Settings UI. Disabling is Pro + age-gated (Apple DeclaredAgeRange API, OS 26+).
