What it does
Estimator, ledger, fleet aggregation, citations, unit models, display formatting, ledger file persistence, privacy-preserving device identity, iCloud KVS sync, backfill computation, recorder engine, value-typed Energy UI content, methodology view, and mock/offscreen presentation are packaged. The app shell retains startup wiring, memory-history backfill adapter, static recording hooks, Settings navigation, and live recorder wrapper. iPhone + Mac power measurement.
