FeatureKeyboardBacklight owns the CoreBrightness private-framework bridge, service state, ON/OFF restore policy, last-brightness persistence key, manual-vs-ambient auto state transitions, and SwiftUI menu row. The package is linked only by Direct/Outdoor and macOS Beta targets, never by App Store targets.
