What about Apple Enhanced Transcription?

We offer an optional Apple Enhanced Transcription feature for improved accuracy. It's off by default. If you enable it, audio is processed by Apple's servers - that's between you and Apple. For maximum privacy, use our built-in offline Whisper transcription.
